I spent New Year's at this hotel, and it was pretty great! The location is perfect, just 15km out of the city but with all the services you need, plus the size of the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I also loved the fantastic dining options right next to the hotel; I recommend checking out the restaurant and nearby cafes!
I did encounter a couple of issues. The coffee cup in my room was dirty, which was a bit off-putting. getting to the retail store level was a hassle since the door was locked during the day, forcing me to take the stairs to reach the elevator. This was kind of annoying, especially with my shopping bags in tow.

Thoroughly enjoyed it during our good stay. Everything was modern, the service was friendly. The location was perfect, so close to cafe, supermarket, restaurants and pub, a popular pub and the music venue and easily accessible. Furthermore, the hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from The Entrance Heritage Walk.

The breakfast included in my package was a fantastic perk, offering a varied selection to fuel my day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, enhancing my overall experience.
I did notice a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connectivity in my room, which occasionally faltered.

Loved the room size, but only one closet made unpacking tough.

The King Room was spacious and I appreciated having a small fridge, which helped . I was taken aback when my license was taken for photocopying at check-in without explanation. This hotel could be a great option for those on a budget who prioritize space and amenities, but improvements in guest check-in procedures would enhance the experience.

The indoor swimming pool was a hit with my son, and we enjoyed exploring nearby parks like Kumbartcho Sanctuary and Edward D Allison Park. the absence of blackout curtains and some dated features were underwhelming. it was a pleasant experience, though we hope for improvements on our next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast and the comfy lounge area to relax in. The indoor heated pool and massage options were perfect after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the lack of extra pillows, but it didn't ruin my experience one bit. Definitely check this place out! 😊

We had a blast attending the shows with live entertainment, it was perfect for families. The kids loved the spacious room, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to great eateries. Super clean facilities were a bonus too!
In my wife's opinion, an indoor play area would be great.

Had a blast with my friends! The entertainment was on point, with live music and sporting events on the big screen. We enjoyed our stay in a comfy room with nice views, and the staff was super friendly. Nearby restaurants made it easy for us to grab a bite after a fun night out. Definitely check out the DJs over Easter. It's a great time!
One downside was the heavy bedroom doors. They made quite a noise when closing, which could be bothersome during the night.

Great location and comfy rooms
The location is fantastic, especially for those attending events across the road. The room was clean and well-maintained, with an air conditioner that worked perfectly to keep us cool during the night. One thing that could improve the stay is the lighting. It felt a bit dim at times, particularly in the hallways leading to the rooms.
